How to get married at the Annapolis Courthouse

Annapolis, Maryland is a cute town on the Waterfront and the capital city of Maryland! You can have a courthouse wedding ceremony at the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. Marriage licenses are available during week days at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Civil Ceremonies are performed on a walk-in basis during the week at the Circuit Court Chapel. The hours for civil ceremonies are 9:00 AM. – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. The fee for a civil marriage ceremony is $25.00 (checks are not accepted as payment). Friends and family may attend to witness the ceremony. Photography is not allowed anyone in the courthouse except inside the Chapel. For courthouse weddings we can provide photography of the ceremony inside the chapel and then additional portraits outside the chapel in downtown Annapolis!
