Brooklyn Heights Promenade is great spot to plan a surprise proposal in NYC as it’s perched above the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Especially around sunset or during golden hour, the whole place glows during a sunny day. The skyline lights—perfect for a big moment. The view here is ideal for a proposal!
