Washington DC National Union Building Wedding
Dustin & Alek had their wedding ceremony at The National Union Building in Washington DC! Earlier in the day before their ceremony we stopped by The Jefferson Memorial and Meridian Hill Park for wedding day portraits. In the evening I captured their ceremony at The National Union Building followed by a performance by Mama Tits a drag queen from Seattle. The National Union Building offers multiple event space options for weddings and events in a historic building. Catering and Bar was provided by Eco Caters. Our photo booth was setup with props, 4x6 instant printing, and instant social media sharing!

Carnegie Institute of Science Wedding DC
Sarah & Riley had their wedding ceremony and reception at The Carnegie Institute of Science after getting ready at their uncles house earlier in the day! The Carnegie is the perfect venue for a classic DC wedding! The architecture and marble rotunda make for a very photogenic venue space. I love the main stairs outside leading up to the grand entrance which is perfect for portraits. Makeup & Hair was provided by Diamond Freelance Make Up Artist. Catering and cake was provided by Purple Onion Catering and entertainment thanks to DJ Max Powers and Photo in a Box. Thank you S&R for this amazing 5 star review:
"We loved Jon from our first meeting and knew we had picked the perfect person to document our day. We had Jon and an assistant shooter and we had SUCH a fun time with them at the wedding. They became my bridal party's new favorite people! Jon is so open and accepting, and he really made it fun and easy to be ourselves on camera. They were a joy to have as part of our wedding day. And the pictures are AMAZING. I can not wait to cover my house with them!!"

Celebrations at The Bay Wedding in Pasadena, Maryland
Tom & Steve had their ceremony and reception at Celebrations on The Bay, a wedding venue in Pasadena, Maryland right along The Chesapeake Bay. Tom & Steve choose the venue because of the water! During the ceremony guest witnessed the vows with a view of the bay in the background. The ceremony was held in the venues Chesapeake Ballroom which had beautiful natural light pouring in from the hug windows. Catering was provided by Catering by Uptown and entertainment by Absolute Entertainment. The lighthouse made an awesome spot for some portraits along with the dock!

Say I Do LGBT Wedding Expo 2015 | Hotel Palomar Dupont Circle
The 2015 Washington DC Say I Do LGBT Wedding Expo was held again at the modern Hotel Palomar in Dupont Circle. This hotel is gorgeous, I love the modern atmosphere along with its convenient location in Dupont. This was my third year as the sponsored photographer of The Washington DC Say I Do Expo and my 4th event with Say I Do (I had the opportunity to attend The Philly event last year as well!)
