The mansion is filled with history and architectural beauty. The Stevenson room at the Whittemore House holds up to 240 guests and is adjacent to a charming outdoor patio and garden for your guests to enjoy. The entire mansion space is also available for guest and event space. The mansion was built as a private residence for opera singer Sarah Adams Whittemore in the 1890s. The Women’s National Democratic Club has occupied the mansion since 1927.
